Asset of Community Value

We've just received the fantastic news that the Drewe Arms has been successfully nominated as an Asset of Community Value by West Devon Borough Council.  There is still a short consultation phase ahead of us, and once completed it means The Drewe will always remain as a pub and will be protected from for instance developers attempting change of use into say a residential property.
